All clothing is either brand new or gently preowned. I never sell worn out, faded, stained or damaged clothing. If item is noted as preowned, it is in close to new condition, may have been laundered but in excellent condition. Keep in mind that a good deal of childrens items can fit in one flat rate Priority box or of course, can be sent in one package Parcel Post.
